I find it amazing that how our founders set up a political system to prevent kings from every happening in this country. Geo Washing set a good precedence in not serving as president for as long as he wanted or could have.Because they couldn’t get along with others. They all thought they knew everything and everyone else was wrong. It’s amazing the states aren’t even smaller.
At least Jeff is still active on the other forum pointing out known issues with the vortex while finding new ones as well!Like Accurate Calls I am shutting down activity on this forum for similar reasons to his and to the reasons UT_Dave listed too. I have tried multiple times to have my account deleted in the past few months. Mods tell me they hate to see me go but my account somehow is still here. I guess I will have to drop some F bombs in order to get banned.
Loren, you and I could fake an F bomb filled diatribe against each other about dowsing and maybe that would finally end it for us.

You can kind of delete your own account by not logging in. Wanting everything you've said here taken down indicates there may be something you said that you don't want out there. Apparently you can go home you just can't take the typed word with you. Sounds rather trivial in the scheme of life.

Well, the discussion about politics are clearly stated in the rules of the forum, people fight defending their sides worse than detector discussions and we are not going to tolerate it...

I'm sorry I just looked at the book title, I am tired I get up every morning between 3 and 4 am my body only allows me to sleep about 4 hours a night if I am lucky... this entire week we have been bombarded with spammers that are waiting in moderation mixed in with new members, we deal with this on a daily basis...

I didn't shut it down I just removed the blatant politics... a couple weren't happy with me but I can handle it, its part of the job.It wasn’t about the book title.

When I mainly posted on Find Mall, I went after this guy over there that was trying to tell everyone his Excal was deeper than a PI which Iaughed at, to the best of my knowledge he never hunted with a pulse or was like some didn't like digging everything... it wasn't mean we posted back and forth almost everyday... We were respectful to the best of my knowledge... This is how I met OBN, he was that poster. I used to watch his video's he posted, he was a cherry picker.. I could never hunt like that
This is why I can't understand how people can get so offended by something... Maybe I was brought up differently who knows all I can say is I have been called some pretty nasty stuff over the years on the internet and it didn't stress me or change me in anyway.. I can't see how words on a screen can cause what it did recently...

I used to say the same thing. Then I got old and discovered lots of new aches & pains, which made cherry picking much more appealing.he was a cherry picker.. I could never hunt like that
I am old as well but I still won't cherry pick, I hunt by removing all non ferrous targets these days just leaving the ferrous junk for others. I just need to get out there and hunt soon, Where I hunt I don't have to worry about modern trash if I find pulltabs they are generally pre 64 most my junk is resellable brass and copper things with lead mixed in.I used to say the same thing.
