Thank you everyone for the replies. I am not cleaning any of these. I have yet to find a key date. We had our first Metal detecting meeting in over a year. Thanks Covid.
Found out the a few members have hunted this site on the grounds. One found a gold coin. I forget if it was a 5 piece. Anyhow I am going back on Saturday, fingers crossed the lake is still drained. I had a display at our meeting last night I will post some pics. Jer

Awesome hunting... I have a question are you guys not digging gold VDI's with all that silver you should be scoring gold....

Yes we are digging all signals.
My buddy has found 3 pieces of gold. I have yet to score.
It is a lot of digging, moving larger rock to reveal all signals. What I haven't shown you is all the clad, sinkers & trash. Between 3 of us got to be over 300 sinkers. Most are hitting 21-22 on the Nox. I keep telling myself the next one is a huge honking gold class ring. Jer

If there is not a lot of iron and you have access to a pulse machine it could be worth a try using one...
