Default Cam Locks

Has anyone ever installed cam locks on a Tesoro? I ordered some but I am not sure about the instructions. They start with page two. I am not sure if I understand them. It also says to use super glue on part of it. Will any kind work?

I haven't done a Tesoro but have used ones for other brands. It should be pretty simple to do. Super glue just keeps the "ring" in place and from coming loose. Brand or type of super glue should not matter. Just use it sparingly so you don't glue it all together and it will not turn / move!
