Well i am on my phone and seeing notifications in the notificatipn section but not actually getting a notification. Is that as designed? Using tapatalk

I don't use tapatalk so its no big deal for me but at least tapatalk tells you about notifications even if you can't see them from there.

Nothing! If someone quotes you like I just did, it will send you one on the top right hand corner.
