What can the most crippled with ferrous yet detectable nonferrous targets sound like on DEUS 2? Hmm

There is another glaring option that you fail to mention that Diga makes valid points on. Go with THE LEGEND. Has better features like the ferro check and less than half the price of a D2.
Yes, the Legend and Manti shows the nonferrous and ferrous signal simultaneously, but I can't say for certain the D2's X/Y can do that as well. Hopefully someone will chime in on that.

It's fun as food for thought, but why would someone go into "the most crippled with ferrous targets" area with a 9" coil?

To me it's a little like saying "look at this sweet method I have for pounding tacks with a stapler".
OK I guess, but wouldn't you simply use a better tool for the job? Like a tack hammer?

I've got a 4.7" concentric and a 7.5x4" DD coil for crippled with ferrous locations.

because 9" is the smallest currently available for D2; no smaller option

I’ve had good luck with the CTX and 17” coil in the trash.

Run sensitivity down to 10.

I try all the coils everyplace.
