Unable to sign up for the Geotech forums.

Hello if anyone can help me joining the Geotech forums ,i moved to Egypt North Africa few years ago now i have an Email address registered in Egypt which i think prevents me from joining in .i even can't contact the administrators,i attached a screenshot of the error message.any help will be appreciated.note the email address i used in order to to join is .
