Should Be easy but can't find it

Spent and hour out in the rain today and had some quick finds.
Found what appears to be a token but the writing seems Arabic.
I have failed at the google attempt. Any help would be appreciated.

Well I have spent many a long months in the Persian Gulf/Arabian Gulf and have seen thousands of dolphins. (28 years in the Navy) but if you mean in the desert yeah only sharknados visit that.

Tom, Good Call. I found this on Google which has all the letters on the coin.
