Last time I pulled a silver Rosie from Rosie Fields, was 365 days ago. This is silver Rosie #17 from this location over the years. The hunting is not easy here, the signals are not obvious most of the time. Anyway, got $2.65 in clad (13 dimes in that and zero nickels - I dug a decent number or crusty zinc cents and pull tabs trying for a nickel of any variety).

Also found a cool safe deposit (?) key by Diebold Inc, Canton, OH.

Was really nice to see silver in the hole... silver #3 for the year :)

Congrats on #3 with the silver Rosie GS. Its always nice to squeak one more out of hard hit sites. I tried the other day at an old park, if not for a zincoln and a memorial I would have taken a skunk. But its fun to try. The key is pretty cool also. Good luck. Mark

That’s another winner of a day. Great to see you still picking out some keepers from a spot like that. I like to hunt one old park in particular that’s been hit hard over the years. Most of the time I only get newer clad, but once in awhile, I find an old silver or a coin like a Buff nickel. I may only get a few coins in a couple hours it’s been picked so much, but I feel like I’ve found a huge prize whenever I get an older coin because there are so few left to be found there…is that the sort of spot you are at?

Thanks RJ :)
🎂 Happy birthday, congrats on the silver. We both may be at #3 Fth.
Thank you Metal. Really nice Barber's you picked up!
Very nice digging Jeff. Congrats on the Rosie along with a very nice clad count. By the way that Rosie puts you 3 up on me. Trapper
Thank you Trapper! Ha, on being ahead, it won't be too much longer and you'll be 10x where i'm at :)

Thank you FLOOD. Well this spot - I can't imagine I'm the only one who has detected it. I've never seen anyone else there, but I bet others are/have. It's a pretty big set of fields, like 3 or so. There's one of the fields I've never found any silvers at but the other areas they've been scattered about. I imagine there are more there, it's just tough dirt. If I go to fast, I will not hear silver. I was amazed I pulled so many dimes, so I know there's got to be more silvers hiding from me. Slow is key.
