Full mailbox

I got a notice that my mailbox is nearly full . How do I delete some of the messages ?

I'm guessing it's the mailbox here that's full.

Here's a picture with circled "action-areas":
First, select your folder in the top red ring.
On the very right, check the messages check boxes, of the ones you want to delete.
In the: Selected Messages drop down box, select Delete, if that's what you want to do.
Press the Go button and you're all set.
