Four older Walkers came by to say hi, and decided to stay!

The Royal Castle was blessed today by 4 Walkers from the 1920s which visited today and decided they wanted permanent residence with those in the Castle. These are some very worn but still with magnification earlier Walkers that one can read the dates on. My they had some fantastic stories about the Roaring 20s and the Depression Era of our country, as well as survival tales from WWII.....Fascinating to hear their stories! KT sat for a couple of hours with them to listen to their recollections of those decades! They had been traveling around 100 years before they arrived in KT's Kingdom!

His Majesty then took them by the Royal Photographer for a group picture. Enjoy their picture!

Well done, Your Majesty, welcoming into Thy Kingdom those well worn Walking Ladies! Definitely "High Mileage Units" as we say in the Entertainment business! No doubt they had stories to tell! While they did well in the Roaring Twenties, they must have suffered wear and care during the Great Depression that followed. Glad to know they are safely in Thy Kingdom, and can be at rest.

I’m jealous a bit there KT. You must have a Fort Knox only of the silver variety. To hold those walkers in thy royal hand, and jiggle them around to hear thy sweet ting tone of silver…… sublime. Knowing you’re sitting on a castle of silver even more so. Nice pickups and appreciate the share.

Yes, GroundSweeper, it is a fun time to be His Majesty! Since KT’s official retirement, back in November of 2013, He has been in serious silver accumulation mode, and early on made the decision to concentrate on silver halves, both when CRHing and after Covid, with straight purchases essentially off of eBay. Between retirement funds, cash investments, and social security, His Majesty has about twice the income of when He was working. For a few years now, He lets His Royal Social Security pay for his silver investments, when the Royal Bids win!
