My favorite Coinstar seldom fails to disappoint!

Noticed these sitting lonely and forgotten in the reject tray.

I'll add them to my, "coins I won't likely get to spend" collection.

Mostly coins from Spain and one older German coin "pre-Euro"

Not sure why it tossed the good zincoln but the other was crusty.

Go Coinstar Go! :D

You find these just from checking the reject tray or after using it? I always try to checkout at Walmart so I have to pass by it. Never anything in the bottom tray. Or am I looking in the wrong spot. I won't use the machine as I'm not paying a fee.

I don't use the machine either because I also am not paying a fee, plus I think rolling coins is therapeutic. I will however start to check that tray when I stroll by.

About a month ago the Coinstar gave me a silver nickel from Mexico- 1888, Steve in so az

They will waive the fee if you choose a gift voucher. The gift vouchers vary by geographcial location. But I think Papa Johns pizza, Starbucks and Lowes is an option at every one. I am thinking of using Coinstar just to diversify my dumping and collect Lowes gift vouchers.

KT was gonna check the machine at his local Kroger store but the repair man had it torn down into about 20 pieces! Don't know what someone dumped in it but it apparently really screwed up the insides of it! LOL

Got in the change drawer at work tonight. 1966 quarter from Canada, 80% silver. woo hoo!! :woohoo:
