Found this at an early 1900s farm site. Could it be a broach or some kind of buckle for a saddle ??

It seems to have some kind of silver looking coach left in places.

Early "Knuckle Duster" for a three fingered man

Long shot but it reminded me of an Odd Fellows emblem, and the tab on the back looks like it was mounted to something. Here is a pic of an Odd Fellows grave marker.

It may be some type of rope harness on a horse drawn implement. Who knows.
