Greeting from the land of Lincoln.

I have a old Whites 6000 Pro XL that I bought when I was in New Mexico. Sadly because of my job and life I didn't use it much. Also the ground around a lot of the areas I was able to check would remind you of concrete.

I have looked for info on detecting in city parks here and can't find any laws that say I can't, anyone that might know I would love to here from you.

Welcome from central coast CA.

If you "can't find any laws" (ie.: silent on the subject), then: Not prohibited, eh? MD'ing is an attention-getter with connotations (that you might be about to leave a hole). So pick low traffic times to avoid busy-bodies.
