yea have seen the GPP under water many times on metal detecting vids on utube.

Well you don't have to worry about the TRX being under water ;-) I think they did a fabulous job on looking at garrett pp & minelabs PP and putting both of em together plus added on some nice features. ruler, power button (don't have to worry about turning it on/off, recovery if lost, and the orange top just in case you lose it you will be able to lcate it easily. And to top it all off is .......................................the price :-P oh and it aslo takes 2 AA batteries! Can't beat that! Just go to the dollar tree and pick up a 8 pack of AA heavy duty batteries. I'm sure it will run as if you have a top of the line name brand batteries in it, just not as long. And you also have 3 more sets of batteries ;-)
That would be enough batterie life for the whole season! =-O.

Silvercoin86... actually the heavy duty type batteries will drain ALOT faster than just regular alkalines. Just a friendly heads up. Doesn't this whites pp look a little like kellycos new pp? Maybe its just the colors...
