Weight Loss Challenge

I'll be in tomorrow with my weigh in, preferably in the morning after some coffee lol:) Don't feel like doing it now especially after I just ate. Hopefully I can get some work in and lose some weight. Would love to get a PP.

As much as I hate the Wii, it did help. Time to give it another go.
 
So far we have 16 that have entered the challenge!

There is still a little over 3 hours to join us for a chance at a new Pro Pointer or other swag.

There will be no bending of this rule. I have given a ton of warning of the start date.
 
I cant play the Wii fit, my wife and daughter do, but when I stepped on, it said I weighed too much, and wouldnt let me create a profile. Should I be offended? Also, saw this thread too late to join, I will play along in spirit...
 
I hope I was able to get in on it I wanted to do it but I wasn't home until 11:30 but I said I wanted to do it like 2 weeks ago. I gave my weight then but I has gone up a few pounds since then. So I hope I can get in on it

1. Challenge Starts Monday Feb 13th and ends Monday May 14th. You can weigh in on any day, but your starting weight MUST be taken on Sunday Feb 12th, Monday Feb 13th, or Tuesday Feb 14th. Record that weight as your "Initial Weigh-In" weight.
 
Ok, I see that I did state that you could do it on sun, mon or tue.

We currently have 20 people in the challenge and I will keep to my original statement.

Weekly updates will be posted on Wednesdays.

The only caveat is the last week which HAS to be in by Sunday before the challenge ends or your previos weeks weight is your final weight.
 
Had myself a good breakfast of yougurt and some honeynut cheerios. Had Baked chicken breast for lunch. Drinking only water during the day.

I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes about 5 months ago so haven't had a piece of candy or any dessert in 4 months. So this will be more of a healthy eating and no snacks at night after 7pm which is the hardest for me.


Hows everyone else doing on their first day?
 
I'm fine I had a pop tart for breakfast I'll be having some peanut butter and jelly and white cheddar puffs for lunch and probably pan seared chicken with some pasta
 
30 minutes of Yoga.

Bowl of Multi-grain cereal for breakfast.

50 Pushups
14 Pullups
48 Lawnmowers
40 Backflys
41 Heavy Pants

Now off to get a haircut and a building permit.

Hell bent to look like a greek god!!!

So you want us to weigh in every wednesday or what??

I want you to weigh in the same day every week. either sunday,monday, or tuesday.

If I dont get you weight for the week by tuesday night, I will be using your last given weight to fill in that week.

Updates will be posted on wednesday by noon.
 
One egg and a piece of toast for breakfast and a bowl of light vegetable soup for an early lunch, then out to cut wood, cut up most of a big ash tree and cut down a pine tree, then hauled and stacked the wood and branches. Worked up a good sweat even at 30 degrees outside. Only now I am sitting in the house resting my aching back!:mad: I have had back problems off and on for a year now.:furious: So I really need to lose some weight and get in shape.

Just saw the post. I'm in. I'll pm you my weight tomorrow. Do you require any starting and ending pictures as proof or are you just relying on everybody's honesty?
