Found this in the water about6-8 inches down, there are tiny sand grain in the end holes of mesh where they pivot. I’m thinking it’s not a this year fresh drop, no corrosion or discoloration. Weighs in at 7.64gm. Googled Chanel mesh gold rings and came up empty. The inside of the back where I would expect some info is illegible if anything is there at all. Feels, looks and weighs like gold but I was hoping to find it on line- eBay struck out as well. Thanks for looking, Joe

Looks like a knock off... the build quality is not there for Chanel... its dull as well maybe its brass you acid test it ?

Update

After looking again and cleaning some more I found a 14k mark in a tiny space next to one of the hinges on the back-thanks for the thought I’ll look under Cartier but I always thought those back to back C’s were Chanel. Stay tuned lol🤪

Ok its marked did you acid test it?

I have a couple rings marked 14 and 18k and they are not real... I still think its a knock off the build quality is not very good... if its gold its scrap... be happy for that. I looked for a long time putting different things into google looking at Chanel products and found nothing.

Here are a couple Cartier Rings with similar logos. I couldn't find any that matched what you have there though. I hope it's, at least, Gold!

As a complete novice, it sure looks 14k to me. Also, that double C sure looks like Cartier, but you'd think they'd have it marked as such inside. So, my final conclusion, the double C stands for "Chinese Cartier" knockoff. Need to acid test it and keep your fingers AND toes crossed until you do:D

Thanks for looking-I don’t think it’s authentic since I don’t find anything on the inside like the real deals unless they’re worn down. I highly doubt that BUT it IS 14k both by mark and acid. The lower test is 10k and the top held at 14k acid.
