Is the trx physically larger than the propointer? It looks like it is by the pictures.

I have had 3 Garrett's. One is lost somewhere in my house so I bought a third to have a back up. I returned one about 3 months ago because the audio started acting up and gave a different sound than I expected. They sent me a new one which started acting up two days later. Before long the other started up too. Now they still pinpoint fine but I didn't like the sound. One was returned 2 weeks ago and I expect a replacement tomorrow. I will send the other back the day after receiving the replacement.
They still perform fine but the audio is wrong. And yes I still recommend them. Happily Garrett stands behind them.

Garrett is definitely worth the extra bucks. I like the minelab pro find even more then the garrett but that's a bit more. An I'm very curious about the TRX.
