Mine was the name of a surgery I got to fix a giant crater in my chest. Took me almost 5 years to recover, and during that time I would think to myself "damn you Ravitch". One day I needed to pick a username and for some reason I thought damn you Ravitch and been using it ever since.

I was born and raised in the 716. Not much thought put into the name lol. My avatar is a 10k ring I found in the yard while living in a house built in 1880. It was found when I was testing different depths on the ace 150. It rang up as nickel on 2 bars of sensitivity. Not old at all but after finding it I decided to sweep the yard on every level of sensitivity. It was well worth taking the time to do so. It allowed me to get rid of alot of junk and made signal seperation alot easier. I recently moved so now i'm back and forth from the lake house and Cataract City.

I picked this one because I search and the 64 comes from when I joined the Marines. Besides searching for things in the ground, I also search for ancestors, I do genealogy.

Every year the small town I grew up in has a festival of sorts to commemorate it's heritage. It sprang up over night when big oil was found way back when. The festival is called Gusher Days and the town comes to life during the festival. Somebody decided to open a restaurant on the square only during the festival and called it Dirty Neck Jesse's. I always thought it was just a cool name. So I borrowed it!
