All this gold talk makes me wish I found more over the years! I mainly hunt cellar holes so gold is a VERY rare find, I have a few cheap gold rings I found when I occasionally hunted parks but in 25 years of detecting I have almost NO gold, I think my main issue back then is I passed up a lot of pull tab readings. :( A good day for me is some colonial copper.

" Have more than 1 worth in the 100s. Guess yall don't believe me there either lol. Even tho im a Christian and all guess u guys still gotta see the pics well that's ok I would wanna see them to love pics"

ok but never did I say to believe me cause im a Christian. Some of the worst liers I know call them Christians so whats ur point?

No problems from my end. I have no issue at all with you. I can tell you really have the detecting fever.

I am not saying this to bash you at all, but it does seem (to me anyways) that you really exaggerated your claims of finding gold and the safe in the yard. That was my only issue and I called you on it. Nothing personal. I'll probably do it in the future too :)

Now go out there and find some good stuff with your F75 and post it for us to drool over. I'll try to do the same as soon as I can get out.

Good luck and HH

BTW, I wanted to see pics because I love looking at pics of others nice finds.

Nope never exaggerated at all and yes I do love metal detecting. And sadly the finds have slowed down but I do hunt when I can. I work 60 to 80 hrs a week. Free time if any is weekends and may can sneak a small hunt in during the week before and after work but not often cause im so tired from working long hrs. Just don't like being called a lier. Cant stand a lier and to be put tn that catorgory was a insult but its cool. Im in this for the long haul. yall will see the gold on the scales before I send it off and stuff. HH

I am done with this convo. You got something for everything and some of us dont dumb ourselves down to play your game. Post your sack of Gold detecting Jesus.

See I hunt mainly old schools and old churches. there everywhere around my parts. Back in the day there was a old school or church like every 10 miles r so. people walked a lot bak then couldn't afford to have a car and gas. But there was some people that had lots of money like the Drs etc etc etc not everyone was dirt poor. But everyone did loose a few silver coins and gold tho at these places and I know this for a fact. HH

Let's get back on point then...using a F75...gold will vdi as low as 22 for a thin light ladies 10K ring...up to the low 60's for a large fat low K school ring...the key to finding them is...most...rings give a solid tone and a steady vdi that doesn't waver more than a # or 2 on repeated passes. With chains, bracelets, earrings...and War nickels of all things:lol:...the vdi's are going to jump more. Hunt by tone first and dig the lower ones...

OK Guys - I just went back and read all the posts in this thread. There were exactly 3 "bashing other detector" posts and all 3 bashed minelabs: Hunter081 in post 21 and 71 and Crumble in post 40 bashing the price. So guys, as usual it is the non minelab guys bashing the minelab guys.

Like I said before I JUST DON'T GET IT and find it pathetic!! I have a CTX, a T2SE and an AT Pro and consider them all excellent detectors. I also want to get a white's at some time. I just wish I would have spent the extra to get the F75 ltd at the time I purchased the T2SE.

TN-INDIAN - people react the way they do to your posts because they are in some cases just plain not believeable.

It's the attitude of the CTX guys that make me bash it, thinking it's the deepest detector under the sun. They always overlook the fact that it has numerous leaking, screen dying, and coils dying problems... or say its just a small problem... Notice all the comments from CTX users hinting at no other machine being able to find the things the CTX finds...

If you check the beach hunting forum, you will see a side by side test where the $800 Sovereign gets better depth than the $2,000 CTX... good luck justifying your $2,000 purchase after that one...

Too many people fell hook line and sinker for the Minelab marketing tactics...

Good to know, I've always mainly been a coin shooter and unless I'm at an old site with little trash I have been known to pass up many if not all pull tab and foil signals at modern sites. I know it cost me a lot of gold (well potentially) but I get lazy sometimes. :D I was actually impressed with the 6in elliptical coil on the F75, I posted a video on here awhile back of me doing an air test on a tiny gold/diamong stud for another forum member and the depth was not too shabby at all for such a tiny item. It did much better than the stock 11in dd coil and better than my Explorer with stock dd.

Yea its just a handful of the minelab guys that's bashing but its cool. I think there just mad cause the 1100 dollar machine F75se finds gold better than there 2500 dollar machines lol honestly.

ok I think I get what ur trying to say and yes I dig a lot of non coin signals as long if there not bouncing a lot and that's where the gold is yes. but I don't do that often im after the silver coins mostly. And sometimes dig very jumpy deep sigals just depending how my mood and how I feel and location.

I hope I'm not one of those ctx guys your referring too because I try to be as nice to people as I can be. I could care less what detector someone has. As far as im concerned any detector is only as good as the person using it. I for one for not think the ctx is deeper than some out there and the F75se is prob deeper and some say the blisstool is really deep. Any ways HH all
