Cool finds!
In your fourth picture, you have some RR marbles..
They were developed back in the day to help move/unload certain things...
They are the greenish bluish ones with bubbles, and imperfections...

You find marbles like you find silver Jason Impressive collection!
Again, you help ID something of mine I had no clue that I had. I've been reading about railroad marbles, really interesting. I am pretty sure mine were probably found along some railroad tracks where there are some lots that I like to hunt. Thanks, I appreciate it.
Haha, I have thought about that and wonder how many of these were lost that way.Now theres some Wrist Rocket ammo!
Cool finds!

Thanks Greg. Yes, there are probably a few there from those lots and stuff that were yours.Nice post Jason. I know we have found a lot of marbles over the years. I vaguely remember giving you a couple handfuls back in the day. So I hope that some of those made into your photo's haha.

Thanks. Good luck with your lake and pond hunting.Jason, thanks for sharing. I'm only 550 behind you (lol). Most of my marble finds have come from the shorelines of lakes and ponds while detecting.
What do marbles ring in at? I have yet to find any. Congrats
Your very welcome, I like when I can help shed light on the unknown/unexpected..
It seems around here, a lot of RR marbles became part of most kid's regular marble collection.. They can turn up randomly also because of that..
You find 10 to my one, but mine are from the water..
Good luck hitting 500!!
Thanks for sharing the fun..

Do you see them in the water when you find them or just get lucky and they are in your scoop?
