Short hunt this morning that started slow. Not a lot of targets and what I was getting was junk. Finally right towards the end of my time I got into a spot that had quite a few targets. I found two rings in quick succession. Thought the first was a junker and the other had low K gold potential. Turns out the junker was actually Sterling and the other I think is probably 10K, but no stamp to confirm. It's the right color and VDI was a solid 52, so that's good too. Look at the markings in the pics and tell me what you see.
Out of six trips into the water I've found seven rings. Nothing outrageous, but I'm sure liking the odds so far.

Looks like old 10k to me, Nice job!

TY. Well I guess it could be older. I just found out through the power of the interwebz that the sterling ring has a hallmark of "Kiddiegem", which apparently was registered in 1934 by UNCAS Mfg. Sounds like these rings were popular through the '50s as carnival prizes and whatnot, so this might be old silver too! Explains why it was so tarnished. Looks like it's got a birthstone of Alexandrite (? pink ?) in it. Finding info like this makes these finds so much cooler in my opinion.

UPDATE: Just found the same style ring online where the owner indicates it's '40s vintage and the stone is cut glass.
