The bottom pic is an old arch support. You just put them in your shoes like an insole.

I would think it's a pocket knife also
You can see the notch to flip it open and the shape gives it away also

Wheel could be off of a toy cannon like this one:

Its cast iron... I have 2 of them around here someplace lol...Found them at a garage sale when I was much younger...

Yup, 2nd is arch support. Clean it up. I found one that had Dr Scholls on it. Was from 20’s
