OK...I was WAY OFF. This is definitely a Nova Constellatio coin...I can see many details now that I know what I'm looking at and not guessing. Exactly which version is something we may never know because the 1783 and 1785 years both had one version that would fit the size of this coin.
In the picture below, I can clearly make out the six-pointed stars along the top right, the "eye" in the middle, and some rays toward the bottom. I think this leaves very little doubt.
