I recovered this cool bullet from a park that I'm sure hasnt seen gunfire for a really long time. I'm totally ignorant to old bullets. Anyone have any information about this one? Do they still make these or is there some way to get an approximate date? Thanks for any information.

Exact diameter would help but it does look like a modern muzzle loader mini. I used these in my Hawken .50 cal rifle back in the 1970's and they are still available.

Diameter would be very helpful in determining what the bullet may fit. I shoot a very similar design in my .32 cal muzzle loader. Very well could be relatively modern.

Thanks guys. I rarely find bullets of that type. I appreciate the information.

Thompson Center Maxi-ball. Measure the base to find the cal. But being that weight I would have to say it is a 50 cal
