Anyone know the laws about detecting on Indian Reservation. And in mexico south of the border???? neeD permits??? if so where do you get them?

Yikes & yikes !! The Rez is totally off limits to all detecting, they get very touchy if you show up. And rightly so.
And as for Mexico - I never go there for anything - too many horror stories from there over the years. I know, there are people who have gone there forever and no problrems. So take your chances if you want. steve in so az

Doing anything on the reservation without permission, and I believe written permission can get you in big trouble. And I agree with Steve about Mexico, unless it's at some resort with alot of people around.
