KT was happy driving back to the Castle with 2 boxes of halves in the Royal Coach and could hardly wait to start ripping rolls! HA HA

Box 1 yielded both a 2008 and a bicentennial half proof, but no silver.

Box 2 gave up 2 1967 40%Ag halves and 1 2000 proof!

So....the silver streak starts back up! And got KT to :kingdances::kingdances::kingdances:. :laughing::laughing:

The Royal Camera decided it did not like to focus...again..so the Royal pics are not good quality, but at least it is obvious they are the coins KT says they are!

Glad to get back to CRHing after the big ice storm last week!

Congrats on the silver KT!

Just a tip for your pictures: Try taking the picture with the coins in natural light by a window. It appears that your shutter speed is too slow because of the poor lighting. Grey likes to see clear pics of da SILVA!!!! :laughing:

Royal Thanks for the camera tip! This same camera has taken good pictures in the past. Perhaps KT’s Royal Hands were a bit shaky from excitement of the finds! :laughing::laughing: Will try with a tripod next time!

KT's Royal Treasurer gave His Majesty the following details relative to your request:

3010 40%ers, 213 of these were purchased in 2019.
1109 90%ers, 488 of these were purchased in 2019.

2019 was a bad year for CRHing, as KT could not enter the Bank Lobby to pick up coin boxes.

Today's melt value - Total = $19,955.28

Most welcome, GroundSweeper! KT purchased 90% rolls of halves during 2019 until the price jumped from around $150/roll to $200/roll, then He quit buying. Also, a few rolls of 40%ers. Fortunately the banks began to open their lobbies back up a few months later, so CRHing could start back up. Realize that KT was able to get 5 boxes a week for years, but after the banks opened back up, the fake coin shortage has been used as an excuse to reduce KT’s efforts to 2 boxes per week. There has never been a shortage of halves simply because no one carries them anymore! And coin operated vending machines do not take them.
