Cool. Where's lenham? I'm 20 miles NE of Richmond. Let me know and I'll try to make it happen. I'd love to get up your way sometime too and dig some older coins. A Reale has been on my list for a while. My oldest is a 1818 Large Cent.

Thanks for showing the pic showing what that plate is from! Some guys find honey holes on land but you got a honey hole in the river! Sure looks like the river is much kinder to relics than the land, that is sure!

Beautiful stuff there! Congrats!

Wow! Museum grade finds for sure! Still looking for a buckle or plate and hope to hit it at least once! That is what gets me up and running through the woods. Have really been thinking about hitting the river. What machine are you using in the H2O?

I use a CZ21. They're built solid and depth rated to 250'. I get about 12" average on a bullet. If you're just looking to wade in the river, look into the AT PRO. I hear they're pretty good for the price. Thanks -Wolf

Wolf, Thanks for your input! I have used the AT on land, but not in water. Was borrowing it from a friend and didn't want to take that chance. If it was mine, i would be there today!!
