WOW!!! check out this Ring !!!!Update!!!

grand is about right would be my guess. He still has to make a profit and will have to set on it a while before selling it. If you do decide to sell it shoot me a message I have a buddy who is looking for an engagement ring on a smaller budget (military salary)

I have read enough now that I turned my disc to 30 or 35 in trashy areas and dig it all... id rather dig a thousand pull tabs for the one chance at a ring like that. I figure low vdi digging is about the same as playing a scratch off... eventually you will win.

I dig it all too....That ring is tight.....I know the 10K 12K rings up around like 44 ......but i still dig......That ring is very sweet.....nice!

Obviously that ring is worth way more than 1000.00 dollars because jewelry stores always under offer the true value!!!!!:yes: SWEET RING!

Any Pt find makes a great hunt but man with a rock that size, what an unbelievable once in a life time find. WTG.
Ps still ok to find another one

ring value

I bought my ring from a chain jeweler (claims he purchases his diamonds direct from who knows where ....) 6 years ago. In any case, I paid about $900 for it and it is far less than that ring. I think mine was a .47c diamond (with a couple of dots and an inclusion) and white gold 10k. That price also took care of the two 10k wedding bands. For a 1c diamond and plat, I'm thinking a lot more than $1000. A quick google search shows $4000. So who knows.

$1,000! Forget it. Our 40th wedding anniversary is next week and I just bought my wife a gold ring with .92 of a carat and it cost me over $5,000. The clarity of the diamond is key. Take it to a good reputable jeweler and get an appraisal. Great find!
