I'm looking to buy another detector. I have a technetics t-2 that I have used for years. I had an at pro but just sold it...it was a little heavy and was a trash magnet. I mostly relic hunt and coin shoot...no beach or gold hunting. Give me your opinion on the nox 700, deus or another one.

I had the t2s brother f75 and went to the 900 I’m glad I did. I really liked the f75 but it can’t compare in the heavy nails to the 900 From what I read about these new detector you can’t make a bad choice ledend, 700 or deus.

When I got my new machine I was able to go back to all my good sites and found almost as much as I found with my old machine. Good luck.

I have the Equinox 600 (and a couple of others). It's such a versatile MD'er, and once you learn it, you can begin to toy with iron bias, discrimination patterns etc. I can definitely recommend the line. With that said, the Nokta Makro MD'ers are also incredible. I use my Simplex when coin shooting and it has never let me down, and it's so easy to use. Just turn it on and off you go! I've heard great things about the Legend too. Whatever you decide, good luck and happy hunting!

I use the 900 and love it. You can’t go wrong with the 700 or 900. Nokta Legend is also a great detector at a great price. I’m probably going to buy one to add to the arsenal.

I used to have a T2, that thing was great for silver coins. 👍🏻

Whichever you choose, make sure you like the way it sounds, or that you can change the tones to your liking.
To me, there's not much worse than trying to use a good machine, while you hate its audio.
I just can't do it.

Best bang for the buck is then Nokta Legend. If you're wanting the best relic machine, especially in heavy iron and trash, the XP Deus II is it. Not to mention the speed and 2 pound weight of the XP makes it even more attractive.

Feel free to give me a call. Be glad to let you pick my brain and make you a good deal on any of them.

I agree about the tones. I had a hard time with my F70 but since then I bought a Teknetiks Patriot(same machine) and like to use it in two tone.
I like the tones of my AT pro and Equinox 800.
