Went out to the Civil War site today found a few goodies

Found five bullets three ring and some shrapnel one of the bullets has been sharpened on the end . Also got a nice infantry button still has some of the gilding on it. Best one I have found so far also picked up a piece of quartz that was down in the hole with the scissors. Too bad it wasn't a big old diamond all of these were down a round 7 or 8 inches. Not sure what is a wrong with the ground there but all these things sound like junk down in the low 20s and 30s with a slight high tone. Been using the AT Pro other places these items would ring up in the 60s and 70s. I guess that's why they are still there and other people missed them but I can sniff them out pretty well.

Thanks matmit actually looks better than the picture is showing. I can hunt that area any time I feel like it only 10 mile from the house.

No problem with getting access to the site be there as long as I am able to swing the detector.

Thanks I have found a few complete knapsack hooks a round that area.
Never know what i will come home with.
