And KT finds another beautiful Lady has arrived at the Royal Castle when He returns from lunch! This 84 year old Lady Walker is patiently waiting when KT arrives, having spent a few minutes entertaining the Royal Guards at the Castle Gate. KT first apologized for the fact that she had to wait in the cold when she could have been escorted into the Royal Castle! But KT accompanied her in where we both set by the Royal Hearth and she was served a cup of hot tea to aid her warming up. It was in the upper 30s at noon today when she arrived.
She was most charming, telling KT her life story and of her travels to arrive at His Majesty's Castle, and it was fascinating to His Majesty. She then escorted to the Royal Photographer, and then to the Royal Baths, where the Laundry Mistress took her clothes to be cleaned while she enjoyed the heated baths and sauna.
Tonight the Queen and His Majesty will dine with her, before she gets to get a good rest in the Castle. Tomorrow, KT will introduce her to the Castle Silver Family. She may even find some friends she has not seen in a long time!
