And let me see if I can be prophetic : Someone(s) will interpret this to mean that there's no risk of deaths, sickness, and that we should all just go out and sneeze on each other, eh ? But no, I'm just questioning the immanency of prison-cells-with-Bubba links.

If I’m in a field and you walk up to me that’s your fault. And if you’re older or immunocompromised you should even be avoiding family. Who also shouldn’t be walking up on random people in a field. No I’m not sick, and no I’m not staying in my house. Here though, we’ve been practicing social distancing since before it was even a term.

This was covered in the press in early February. It is effective primarily on people with mild/medium symptoms.

It is worth noting that China reported no new infection cases yesterday. Looks like their draconian program of massive testing, quarantining and social distances have paid off. Now if we could do the same here, we'd be on easy street in a month or so.

I’m not speaking of the ones that haven’t tested positive I’m speaking about the ones who have. I won’t be walking or talking to anyone if I don’t have to but I still have to go out for grocery’s and yes I wear a mask and rubber gloves and try not to touch anything and maintain that 6’ distance

Ok misunderstanding then.

There are people doing that though.

I hope the best health for all, I was only pointing out that it’s everyone’s responsibility to stay away from others.

Would be nice to find groceries. 1 case in my state and can’t even find ramen noodles.

This, dont misunderstand me, im not talking going to stores, or gyms. I live in the midwest, and when im detecting in a park, there are rarely others in the park. I deem this no more risky than sitting on my back porch outside.

The whole point of quarratine is isolation for others safety. I argue Effective Isolation doesn't have to be inside a house, which is a petri dish anyway. The social distancing thing is 6 feet, isn't this based on how far the virus can travel? And this is to prevent the spread for those not exhibiting symptons.

Actually i could be more secluded hunting in a park, than those in the city opening the door to get groceries someone else left outside your door.
 
Government had me practicing as a kid for thermonuclear war. As if taking cover under a school desk could do anything! Media driven hysteria has exposed many in this country as toilet paper hoarding fools. Statistics will prove the final death toll will be no worse than common flu. Get a grip people.
 
Truly sorry to hear that take care , follow the doctors orders and be well. I don’t know if it’s any comfort but my daughter who’s a nurse was exposed at work and has also been ordered to quarantine for about a week now. So far so good she hasn’t started with any symptoms. Good luck to you both.

Oh my gosh kraemer, you will be tarred and feathered and shouted down. Not only that, but you will be the FIRST to run out toilet paper and top ramen. Repent of your lack-of-proper-caution ! :laughing:
 
H1N1 swine flu 2009-10 in the US infected over 55 MILLION PEOPLE and KILLED OVER 11 THOUSAND PEOPLE!
This malady has a lot of catching up to do!
