I have delayed making this post for a long time in hopes I could get my problem resolved without assistance, however no such luck. In July 2022 after researching forums I contacted, Keith Willis, East Texas Metal Detectors to repair a Tesoro Sand Shark. To make a very long/frustrating story short, it was returned to me still not working after paying $195 in October 2022. I sent it back per his request and as of October 2023 I have been told by Willis it's in the mail for over a month however he can't/won't provide me with a tracking/receipt number. I have requested my metal detector simple be returned to me and he has hung up on me more times than I can count. HELP, anyone that has any suggestions on how get my metal detector back please share. I regret the day I contacted East Texas Metal Detectors!
