Okay joking aside, it’s bigger than my 6”… coil. Can’t stop myself

Got my eBay Coiltek 10x5 Nox coil today. It’s smaller than I expected but it beeps, will try to escape tomorrow for a lunchtime lake bed hunt.

Bought it from a Coiltek authorized dealer, and it does look like new, so happy about that.

Look forward to really trying her out.

Thanks Jeff! Last few times I have gone to “my” spot at the lake bed I’ve not found too much, I may need to find a new spot! But it’s close and therefore convenient and peaceful (so far) so will probably end up there yet again

I'm really liking it overall. It's a bit lighter (my arms been hurting from swinging lately... I know I know This coil helps a bit with that, and isn't as taxing as the 6" for coverage while swinging. I like the separation this affords too - it just seems clearer. I still will strap on the bit 15" when I want coverage and if depth is in question -and the stock 11 is a nice overall coil too. I have rarely used the 6" but I'm glad I have it - we'll see if it gets any use going forward.
