Could be. I have found similar in Europe. Some call it celtic proto money. Hard to confirm ID as bronze rings used for so many things. Some I found looked more "bronze age" as others. Here is some I have found. dime for size comparison. Fun finding old items like this thinking this could have been made over 2500 years ago.
