Considering how few of these are found, this may be THE BEST hunt I've ever seen posted. Happy for you bro... glad it happened to someone who works as hard as you do to hunt relics.

I want to talk about trimes to. :lol: I want to find one tomorrow. Next time y'all talk about coins I want to talk about them to.LOL. Again congratulations. I have a few I am going to sale. I bought them a few months ago. They are one of my favorite coins.

Lol. You're in man. Next time we'll make it a group chat. Are the later, nickel ones considered a Trime also, or are they referred to as a 3-Cent Nickel?

Here is what Merriam-Webster says:
Trime
noun \ˈtrīm\
Definition of Trime: the U.S. silver three-cent piece issued from 1851 to 1873

Guess that means the nickel one is known as a 3-cent piece, or 3-cent nickel.

Dang, man! That's the way to break in a new shooter! Never heard of anyone finding a 3 center pocket spill -- the odds of that happening gotta be close to infinity to 1. Huge congrats to you! But don't you just hate it when them old coins keep getting in the way of your lead :laughing:

From one xp user to another....CONGRATS.....I too am now a firm believer in the power of the deus.I have had mine since june and have made some amazing finds with it as well.I don't by no means fully understand everything about the machine but have learned enough to feel comfortable using it in many locations.Good luck with it in the future and feel free to drop me a line and maybe we can compare programs that work best for each...once again amazing recovery!!!!
