I picked up a used at pro from a friend. I really had no interest in the machine but he needed some money so I figured I would help him out. When I bought it, it was understood that the pinpoint button did not work and he told me Garrett quoted $100 to repair. Long story short I sent the whole thing back to Garrett complete with both coils and headphones, paid $40 and basically received a brand new machine minus the shaft. Evidently they recalled the old connectors so my coils and headphones would no longer work with the new control box they had to give me, so they also gave me all new coils/headphones.
Hats off to their incredible customer service.
