I enjoyed the second video ! HA HA I know what you mean about a totlot looking good but not having anything! I checked one today on the way to work. I had hit it twice and got good coinage, but this time, only 1 mem!
I reckon no one has been in it since I last vacuumed it!
Here is another suggestion...at the first of the video...lay out ahead of time all the tools you plan on taking and then tape them explaining why you think they will be useful for that day...type of hunts you want to do that day and plans of types of places to visit. It will make the video more interesting rather than just bouncing around with the camera telling us that you are looking for items to take that will be useful.
Don't take offense at my suggestions. I applaude your efforts and hunts and want you to get better and better at the vids...that's why I make my suggestions. I actually enjoyed getting to see a shot from a distance of that totlot....reminded me of many I have hunted here in central Arkansas! Yep, if you did not get much from it, someone was obviously there within the past couple of weeks if not days...because those things...with good weather...are self renewing!
I now understand your situation with the camera set up and lack of ability to focus up close, so just tell us what it is as soon as you dig it and id it..we don't need to see it then since you are putting a good quality still of the days finds at the end of the video. OH and if you find a real goodie like silver or a ring...be sure to image it separately at the end so we can get a real good look at it! Whatever is the prize find of the day needs that treatment...even if its just a hot wheels car!
