I don't care if you are a "chosen one" or not, nor why you were chosen, or think you have been chosen, whether based on skills, or because they know you will post all over the MD'ing world.

If you are under an NDA, then why is it you can't post about it, but you can make a video of it and then tell people to go watch it? Seems to me a video is worth more than 10 words, so if you revealed it in a video you are in violation of the NDA and should be dealt with accordingly. Or, are you just trying to drive traffic to your Youtube channel?

PS: If you keep keep making posts devoid of real incisive content that are just designed to drive traffic to your Youtube channel, they will be deleted.

For the record ! The evidence is self incriminating. If you are what you say you are , the manufacturers would not only want , but encourage you to post reviews on all different forms of social media. Why ? Because they would already have the utmost confidence in their product before you got your dirty paws on it ! But alas , improvements can always be made.
Too bad you aren't know as TNN Straightshooter. We have all seen some of your videos. If they warranted some respectability I would still watch and recommend them. But honestly , the bulk are far fetched and preposterous. You are not alone though. Many start out good and we learn good stuff. Then they rapidly roll down that steep slope into the trough. Also might want to do a voice over. It can be done. Screeching nails on a chalkboard is not very appealing. JMHO so maybe you can improve is all. Only then , you could regain some viewers.

I showed Manticore early on video wise when I was lifted conditionally from under NDA. And no folks hadn’t bought yet. Go look.
How did I get my unit?

I have told the truth.
I had to disclose I was a tester. Other wise how would I have got Manticore so fast? And was showing on YouTube.

It is true. No Manufacturer has instructed or even hinted at me showing any video or even talking publicly about their unit. Some testers prerelease may not have cameras or even have YouTube channels either. IDK.

I wouldn’t expect you to understand. But I tell the truth.
One company I am not under written NDA. Just gentleman agreement I guess. Actually I was never given in instructions by this companies owner to not do or say anything. So I do what I think is right. Do I share what I am testing exactly? Like new menu options, performances thingies? No.

Sorta nice. And guess what. I actually get to talk to another tester about this particular project. I like this a lot.

Has this being able to talk to another tester helped? You bet.
I actually would like to see other manufacturers use same similar method.

I have offered the same to many here. One (Pryan67) flew out from Illinois on work twice. I was new to the forum. Took him to HB where he found a nice ladies diamond ring. Have hunted with a few on here who are locals. All have been great and no weirder than me. Lol

Got better things to do with my time than bs folks. ) Your don't manufacture Metal Detectors , and don't have leaked information on what they produce , if that were the case , Loose Lips Sink Ships , I do think however it's time for manufacturers to start telling customer's what's coming down the road , one reason is as a concerned customer of Minelab , making 4 Equinox models , hurt my intent of selling my 800- when I upgraded to a Manticore , for this manufacturer's need to take note to- dedicated customer's resales , instead of company profits , The customer's alway's come 1st . Example say the Deus1 , Equinox 600,800 , along with other's killed customer resale value's , the customer takes the loss , not the manufacturer . They keep doing this example using the name Xterra , now they bring an Xterra Pro , well when this model hit's the market , those who still have older Xterra models will be in the same boat , My opinion STOP using old names in future models , the kill shot to me is breaking out 4 Equinox models 😤

This coming from backwoods type may sound strange, huh? ) Done with VLF , as KOB stated , and I , when Whites went under , the Surf Pi DF went along with it , if you can get a used one , they are usually close to death , and if the coil goes bad not good . It was my go to PI machine in the off season , NOW some are looking for a NEW PI , the vlfs have flooded the market , the PI has been forgotten in the multi Freq. push to market , bought a Manticore , because of the telescopic cf shaft , lighter than my CTX3030 , better depth than my 800 , was the reason for the switch at the beach , now looking for a new PI . & a 15 inch coil for the Manticore !

Hit 3 beaches during our recent storm with Compass. 1st beach was new for him and there must have been 10 guys out when we were done. I noticed guys up high under the cut in blacksand , but they weren't digging. So off I go with my DF getting a few coins and I see this Mega Chain Daddy. Got home and it's holds at 18k , 2.8 grams. Even bragged to a few about it. It was odd that the DF or TDI would not pick it up. Maybe not picking up each link , idk. Still curious as Im about to toss it in the melt pile , I stick a magnet on it and boom ! View attachment 576721 Very strange to me as I find very small bits of metal with my machine. So I don't know what it is besides junk. Funny though that all these other Noxers where swinging fast looking at each other rather than looking at the ground. Overall the hunt between us on 3 different beaches was not good at all. Except for this wannabe Chain Daddy entry ! Lol

KOB, as far as I understand, this is not a large chain, BUT! if the chain is large and sticks to the magnet, don’t rush to completely break down I have seen fakes of such chains (jewelers are scammers) where there is an iron or stainless wire in the middle of the gold tube, the chain on top holds acid and test and it is difficult to determine until you saw through the top layer metal.
I didn’t find it myself, but my hunter friend found it and I held it in my hands, I also saw it again with a friend in a pawnshop, he consulted with me and I also held it in my hands, such a chain is magnetized to a strong barium magnet.
just as in normal chains, a spring from a lock is magnetized.
