I think it might be easy to confuse the "ground penetrating radar" devices with the "quack" devices, which I may have done myself at first before doing further research.
....True GPR has no ability to identify targets like coins, they are only useful for large objects such as graves, they are insanely expensive and they require training to use and interpret.
Well, you’ve had 7 years.I agree these have not proved themselves to be a scientifically reliable machine. However everyone here is giving a second hand opinion. To do it right, someone has to buy or borrow one and learn to use it and then test it and then report on it.
Here's a first-hand opinion. I own Electroscope models 20, 301, and System B. I've tested them and they don't detect anything but gravity. I've disassembled them and found them to be full of junk (I have an MSEE + 20 years designing chips + 20 years designing metal detectors). Here is my report on the Model 20 and here is my report on the Model 301. I own a variety of other LRLs (30-40 at last count) and every one of them is a money-making scam. In the past I've offered $25,000 for anyone who could demonstrate a working LRL in a simple test. A few individuals tried (and failed) but no manufacturer stepped forward.I agree these have not proved themselves to be a scientifically reliable machine. Wow Carl. The question then begs: Why?I own a variety of other LRLs (30-40 at last count)
