Did the FBI steal the Gold? Anyone know these guys?

.....It is however true the FBI did get involved and performed an excavation of the area which is 'telling' of an interest in 'something'. .

I bet I can also get a bunch of LEO types to come and dig in any given spot I want. I just tell them : There's 10 murder victims there. Or a fabulous treasure, blah blah.

I think you are over 'dramatising' the entire situation.

It is obvious you are really affected by this due to your unrelenting negative responses to every post about it, and I am beginning to wonder if you are a bit 'envious' of Parada.

Is it possible you are wishing maybe you had a similar experience as Parada has so as to have been able to exert your 'power & authority' similarly as you espoused in a previous post of yours about being self employed and as you said, So too do self-employed business owners enjoy the freedom, power, authority, that it brings.?

Please do no take my observation of this negatively but you are showing signs of a 'repression' with regard to this, and maybe you feel 'subordinate' to Parada because of his 'notoriety' in this instance.

Give it a thought.

FBI stole it
Guy has a legitimate claim for half of the gold recovered .

FBI would never do anything wrong
It's all Russian disinformation on the lap top

I would think the FBI would only get involved in certain crimes.

Ever tried getting in touch with the FBI? No easy, these guys don't like to be bothered. The FBI is not in the lost n found, treasure hunting business. I would like to know how he got them involved.

Oh trust me : The O.I. faithful have that angle covered as well. When you try to point out this line-of-reasoning that you cite, they will come up with elaborate pushback , of methods where it *could* conceivably have been done.

Like they'll point out that Cornish miners , in the middle-ages, dug elaborate tunnels into bedrock in European hard-rock mining, that did indeed have tunnels that reach this deep, blah blah blah.

Or they'll say something like : "Well gee, the pyramids of Egypt were built with manual labor, right ?" Hence if you get 100 men, for 100 yrs, then it can be done with pick & shovel. Eh ?

In other words, they think that if they can find ANY remote conceivable far-fetched way it *could* have been done, then presto: They think they've proven that there's a "fabulous treasure" there.

"Captain Kidd's men dropped the heavy chest on the sand and rested for a moment to gather their strength and their tools. Groans and curses accompanied the unaccustomed work as they piled spadefuls of dirt around the ever-deepening hole. Soon their picks hit bedrock. They cut down a small forest to shore up the collapsing walls of their shaft. Ground and seawater broke in and claimed a man every week. But still they labored on, now in complete darkness broken only by the uncertain light of their flintlock pistols, which they had fashioned into Cornish miner's lamps. Four hundred years later, the hole was finally ready."

If you had ever met Dennis you would find this post as funny as I do.... The man tried to convince me a large vaguely triangle shaped sandstone boulder was "arrowhead shaped" and part of an old native american rock works....among many other ridiculous ideas. Completely ignoring geology and science, jumping to the wildest conclusions.

On his own website, he took a mess of artifacts to the state claiming they were civil war items, and the state returned them to him, stating it was all junk.

I just wonder how he got the FBI involved.

There is no cw gold.
Both Union and Confederate troops were paid with paper money.
Both the Lincoln Administration and the Davis Administration were having trouble paying the massive amounts of troops.
Just like our congress critters in 2022, if they need more money, they just print more money.

:toofunny: Well, that was a coffee spewer for me this morning!

According to an article I read the FBI got a copy of a Federal Warrant Parada applied for to seize the alleged gold without the state’s permission.

I watched a couple news vids abut this and they showed some video clips of the FBI dig underway. They were pretty well equipped and obviously serious about something.

I also watched the 'Dents run story part 1' with the Paradas and well, they didn't really offer anything substantive. Just a lot of talk. Kinda comical actually and not too credible.

The bottom line is something took place at the site but what we may never know. Kind of like 'Roswell'.

If the FBI release the various documents that they supposedly hold, as per the latest Court ruling, we will have a good idea what went on..

Not sure exactly how things work in the States, but I would have thought something like this would have been under the Secret Services jurisdiction ?? Or do they not deal with Treasury related things anymore?

Exactly but I doubt we will see much, and most likely it will be just general information and nothing specific as to exactly WHY they followed up on this and invested the time and personnel on it.

Yes. Which is what makes following this Dennis saga so interesting . Ie.: Replying to OTHER forum posters who bring the saga here, asking for input/opinion. It is so wild, that you can't help but dissect it , to show that , yes, it holds no merit.

But watch out, because HiDesertHunter will say you are showing signs of represstion :

... you are showing signs of a 'repression' .....

Or have some psychological malady of power, or envy of Dennis' treasure, or some such psychoanalysis.

Re.: The "something that went on" : The bruhaha and attention going on there , is merely the result of Dennis going around for years banging on Govt. doors, media doors, etc.... Begging for attention.

So this "smoke" is not indicative of any fire. It's merely smoke that Dennis created himself.

Thus yes, we WILL "know". I can tell you right now that we will never see a red cent of any treasure. There : Now you "know".

And no, it's not because the FBI stole it and hid it. It's because there was nothing there in the first place. This is all just a campfire legend born out of someone's fanciful imagination back in the 1960s or 70s modern times . Like Roswell, there's no aliens or treasure there. Ok ?

If the FBI release the various documents that they supposedly hold, as per the latest Court ruling, we will have a good idea what went on.. ....

Guaranteed, no matter what is released, it will not shut Dennis up. When it shows no treasure (which it will), Dennis will just scream that the documents were whitewashed, scrubbed, doctored, etc.... Mark my words.

Anyone want to make a gentlemen's bet that this is exactly what Dennis will do ? Because with guys like this , they START with the premise of "a fabulous treasure". And thus any data to the contrary is all a part of a giant conspiracy.
