Ok I'm one of those weird people that when a commercial comes on tv I almost always watch it. Today there was a commercial about the new electric Acura sports model ZDX ( I think) and the commercial had all these high-performance race cars running around with the sounds of HiPro vehicles. Cut to the end of the commercial it shows this ELECTRIC car running down the road emitting this cool high performance engine sound. Ahh the sweet sound of a revving engine in an electric car. how cool is that!!

There all going to be making 1 piece cars cast stamped compleat car saves them hours instead of 200 parts to make a car Tesla started it toyota adopting it now and everyone will follow cheaper for them same price for us .So now when in a accident the car is totaled they would have to replace the car .
No parts for the car win win for car company's loose loose for you and me .
Then on top of it your insurance will go through the roof even with only liability on your 1000 dollar beater taking out a $150.000 tesla that has to be replaced because no parts . sube

We have " No Fault Insurance in Michigan", just had a week or so ago. a neighbors tree fall in my yard on my barn. It is all on me, neighbors don't have to worry about nothing. Destroyed my extension ladder, good thing my son had one to use. Better now, than in the Winter, lol

I heard from my neighbor, that it doesn't apply to the tree, but since I have a deductible of $500, not going any further.!

Yep it is what it is. Neighbors tree falls on your property and damages something, it's on you and your insurance to fix.

KT had a large tree which was overhanging the Royal Carport several years back. And we had lightning strike it, split it down to the base, with a crack. KT called his insurance agent, who said, it will have to fall before we will pay for the cleanup. KT tapped in two nails across the crack and every day after work His Majesty would measure from one nail to the next. 1 inch grew to 1.25, then to 1.5, then to 2 inches in three days! KT called the agent back, and told him that, and he said Good, let it fall! Then KT told him, well when it does, you all will buy me a new carport and who knows what else. Next day a tree service arrived and took down the tree, and even cut it up into 18 inch rounds for His Majesty! Insurance paid over $2000 for the three cords of firewood it contained!
