Lehunte is fine with me. There are several places around there to look at. I have a nice old map of the area.

I don't really have any locations in mind and I'm fine with whatever location you guy's come up with. I'm just looking forward to meeting up with you all again.

Americus the town just north of me has a nice park I been hunting bout the size of the one in YC. Also an older school just a couple blocks from the park. Just of north of Americus bout 10 miles is the town of Bushong that has an old school that was turned into a house that no one lives in anymore next door to the school is a older wooden church that is no longer in use.Then we could swing by Cottonwood falls and Strong city. Just a thought. With all this rain and more to come this week could be a while before things dry out. Ok gang put out some ideas

This site is about a gal here in town that travels around ks. Anyway Neosho Falls is in Anderson county if I remember right and is considered a ghost town. Check out the pics and let me know what you think

I think I have an old map of that area too. Only 10 minutes farther for me from Yates Center. Gives me a chance to stop in Buffalo again for some more IH's

BTW, I'm not so much concerned about where we hunt as I am a date. When is everyone going to be available? Memorial Day weekend is out of the question for me. Other than that, I'm pretty open unless I get called into work or an emergency.

After doing some research on Neosho Falls, I think this would be a good place...and we should hit it soon.

Neosho Falls

My wife's family owns a farm near there and several of us have thought about metal detecting Neosho Falls but so far haven't made it. If the timing's right, I may try to join you.
