A Silver Kind of Day...

Joe can't share prescription drugs, because if something would happen to the MOD Master, I would have a bounty out on my head , the way it sound's Craig want's to put me through the test, I will do my best with a herniated disc, and ripped right bicep, and over weight, we will see, LAST MAN STANDING , is on :timer::yikes::sarcastic::cheers:

Stop whining about a few aches and pains we all have them

If you have all these issues I suggest you sell your detectors and scoops... I'll take the new RTG and one of your blue Excals and I am sure Frank will take a sunspot and the other Excal... you can sell your GT to Bruce.. you also were complaining about the cost of the trip... with all these sales you will go home with money in your pocket

I think the trip will be good, just hope its not a rain out, the GT sits while the df rolls in the rain..

You're such a negative Nellie Earl  I got news for you Earl if you try to use the DF at our iron beaches you will be mighty sore from digging all that iron... you will have to go into the water to get away from it but most of the beaches are heavily sanded in the shallows... you have a better chance of finding gold and silver on the slopes and low spots on the flats...

Between last year and the this year I pulled 50 gold items, only two were in the water.. bring your GT.

Congrats on the six pack!!

From the looks of your finds on that hunt, I would swear you were looting my Sportsman's Beech....

<*)))>{

Every time Craig posts I have the same feeling, he's been invading my beaches! Craig, do you get alot of nulling on these type beaches? How high are you able to turn up your sensitivity? On one beach in particular where I make these similar 'old junk' type finds I get almost a constant null but just work very slowly and methodically. The signals I do get are very short and broken, just peeping out from between the nulls.

Well I learned something new about my fellow beach forum buddies, your a bunch of pill popping dopers!:p:laughing: Pain killers....muscle relaxers....tsk tsk.:D Of course I kid.

Congrats on the finds Craig, it's been a tough week here finding out one of my favorite beaches is 'off limits' to me. That's cool though, I'll still do my best to reach my goal.......

If your referring to me , I have those drugs for one reason , herniated disc, and ripped right bicep, a bad knee, only take them when I need to, I am not a druggie, drink a occasional beer, I hold a Class A license with all endorsements , I retired at age 50, I am out of shape, but that doesn't stop me, good luck with your band gigs, most band members are junkies, which I have learned from knowing band member's, and it's not prescription drugs, you don't see many of them holding a Class A license, good luck with your gigs, enjoy life , don't worry about me buddy , I am fine, happy hunting , Earl

Hi Earl, I was totally playing around so please don't think I was breaking your chops. I'm 45 and feel the aches and pains of growing older so I make no judgement on such matters, I was just having fun.

P.s. If you saw me hobble from my car to my house after a detecting outing you would say, 'Someone get that guy some pain killers!'

OK Scott

Understood, I turned 54 this month, I really feel the pain after land hunting, that's with a shovel, I got a hand digger for up their , because for some reason all you guy's that dig Dirt, think the locals would see it as a shot gun, personally detecting land for 38 years, it's just a tool that makes, the digging faster, easier, cleaner cutting plug, less pain on the knees, after I switched to a 31 T serrated lesche , I never turned back to a hand digger, of coarse dropping weight would probably help my problem, all I can say bro 45, just wait till you turn 50, it's all down hill after that, copy that on the joking, ride to live ,live to ride , happy hunting , Earl

I do get a lot of nulls but I sweep fast over them and if I hear a ragged tone I will dig... many are coins... any kind of a peep is worth a shovel or two of investigating... usually if a signal comes through a null and you take a scoop full if its only iron then the null will get stronger those I pass by without any more investigation...

Yesterday toward the end of my hunt I went over the others holes and pulled a silver dime from one of them... I always go over others holes and have found gold that way on a couple occasions..

If Craig has me Rock climbing Joe

I hope his wheel barrel max load is 350  and he brings a horse, howboutit, cause if I go lame, you guy's will need it to get me out :yes::lol:

Earl... a relic shovel is fine in the woods but its a no-no in the grass of a public park or school and private properties...

Would you like me to see if I can rent a wheelchair with balloon tires so you can swing sitting down on the beaches ? ;)

Men

Yes I have disabilities, 350 is no joke, maybe higher , had Posta tonight, but I might just surprise , all of you, when my eyes light up finding silver & Gold, I am like a diehard, Craig it is only a 4 1/2 to 5 hour drive, checking in , is 1st thing, than the hunting fun begins :D Ps the worse is hunting on uneven surfaces, kills my herniated disc, along with long dry sand hunting.
