A festival has been going on in a town for 104 years.

Of the 104 years the town rented the ground where it was held for around 80 of them years. The place jumped the rent more than the town wanted to pay, so they moved to a place owned by the town. Now the place that they rented has been sold to one person.
There has to be a lot of silver there.
