A couple days ago I found a slope ground down so I decided to work it a bit... lots of change, a cool little car and 5 pieces of silver mostly coming from the top of the slope...

Then today I did a little dirt hunting with Mark and my MXT and we hunted until the wet snow and rain chased us off a hay field... it amazes me how much iron is in the ground at these old spots... I run my MXT all the way open in 2 tone relic mode with the disc basically at 0... I want to hear everything...

Best find today was the 1730 copper and the square nail.. thrown in the chrome plated siren whistle which was deeper than the copper... copper was down around 8 inches give or take...

I enjoyed the hunt today... not many finds but still fun... too bad that rain and wet snow put an end to the hunt

King George , i guess you knee is back to 100%

What makes you think that Earl? I hunt with a gel pad on my right knee and kneel only on it... I stay off my problematic left one...

Congrats on the KG Craig, and also the silvers and sterling from the beach...the little car is cool too!

Thanks Bruce... I'm starting to take to this dirt hunting ;)

Earl... I have been landscaping for 29 years that has taken its tool on my knee's and feet... do you think I am going to let a little pain get in my way of enjoyment? Stop whining will you

Bruce likes hunting parks.. I don't.. I only hunt private properties..
