My local ocean state job lot if anyones looking 3$ 5 pairs

You're not wearing them on the beach are you? Might as well go with no gloves on

I get into too many things that would tear up nitrile gloves...and my hands!

Mine look something like this...I like the tough leather, but they are vented in the back and much cooler:

I found some really nice mechanic type gloves at Lowe's. They're expensive @~ $20 a pair but they fit well and are thin so I can feel what's in my hand but they are tough and have lasted a long time.

I found in our garden the gloves my wife uses for seeding
the flowers and confiscated them for my next MD adventure-
she doesn't still know it ;) LOOOOOL
I normally don't like gloves ,but these are a mix of nylon fabric
plus rubber dots .

I like the nitril coated gloves but they're not all the same. Some I got at Home Depot didn't last one hunt! I get the Atlas brand now and they last a long time! They're like 6.99 a pair at my local hardware.

I always use gloves if I'm going to be digging with my hands. I used to use two pair of the inexpensive brown jersey gloves. When the outer pair would develop holes in the fingers from digging, I would throw them out, and add a new inner pair. That was a good system, and protected my hands well, but now I am using a good pair of "mechanic's" gloves with leather fingers and a nylon mesh backing. There is just too much junk, rusted nails, broken glass, etc. to go without.

I like the gardening gloves rubber dipped. If I use latex gloves under my hands sweat and don't breath good. The gloves with the small rubber dots are good to.

My fingers are always dirty when I take the gloves off.

One of my other hobbies is woodworking so I bought one of those gloves that woodcarvers wear. Wizard Handguard ll. They're made to keep a chisel or knife from cutting your hand if it slips. (around $25) While a long narrow piece might poke through the mesh, there is no way a piece of can slaw will slice you fingers. Might be Kevlar or something similar. I put a cotton glove with the dots overtop to keep dirt out of the mesh. I only wear it on my left hand. Haven't been cut yet which is something I have to worry about since I take blood thinners.

My gf got me some of these kind from Sears, and they are awesome. Protects my fingers from dirt, but still a great amount of feeling. They are about $5 for a 4 pack.

I switched from the brown cotton gloves to the nitrile but they didn't last long. I found some mechanic gloves on sale at Harbor Freight and have been using the same pair for over a year now. There is too much glass and can slaw in the ground to hunt without them.
