Default 2 Merc day!

I got out today for a good hunt that started at an old park that produced some wheats and a rosie in the past, got most of my clad at the park and this compass caribiner that still works, and a volcano falls token and a stainless spoon. Then tried 2 different forclosure properties. The first was a bust besides a couple quarters. The 2nd produces a lot of pennies, but no wheats, and then all the sudden 2 merc between the sidewalk and road. It just so happens a guy out walking his dog just happened to walk by and strike up a convo and i was plucking the 2nd merc from the hole, so i didnt get a good look at it while i was out. We chatted about the house for a minute and we both went about what we were doing before. And then on the way home i stopped at an old school for about 20 minutes and picked up the chuckee cheese token and a few more quarters. I think the slick merc is a 1918 D, and the other merc is about the best looking one i have dug! 4.66 in clad, the clad is really adding up!
