new from waxahachie

Hey Benny. I'm a newby from Waxahachie. I'm surprised there is not an Ellis County MD group with all the history here. Old houses, farms, etc. Looking in my own yard as about two years ago my sweet mother-in-law said she had a dream I found treasure in my back yard. I live on 1.1 acres that was an old cotton plantation. So far a lot of hits, no gold or treasure.

Hey all from San Antonio. I tried to email the metal detecting club here in town but it shows the email not active. anyone in this area hunting?

I am kind new to this. Live on the beach in Port Aransas Texas (near Corpus Christi) and MD every day. Got some good gear and would invite anyone along.:pirate:

I grew up at Queens Peek north of Bowie off the old Ringold hiway. Most of my family are still there. If you ever get down this far look me up. This Island has some interesting stuff.
