Abilene here

I have been detecting for 23 years half across Texas an back. Now I am back in Abilene after 9 years. Lost contact with my old Buds here Abilene Closest buddies are in Cisco, and Houston.

The first 5, 6 years I hunted a lone, not as much fun as it use to be, now I get lonely.

Visiting Plano TX April 2-6

Can anyone tell me if there is any place to MD in Plano, TX or close to there that would be fun to MD, possibly with grandkids. I will have about a half day on Monday and Tues to go out. Would also go with someone who knows the area and would like to get out for an afternoon.

I am retired, once was Director of Iowa Crime lab, so have had a lot of forensic experience and have volunteered helping LE in Iowa.

Anyone in the Plano, TX area interested in providing info or going out for afternoon on April 4 or 5 please let me know.

There are a number of tot lots in Allen and McKinney that are ok to detect. Allen/Plano get upset at digging IN the dirt though in the parks. But no one has given us trouble in McKinney Finch Park or the soccer fields at Wilson Creek.

My gang might be up for a tot lot hunt on April 5.
